1. Refunds and Returns
Semi-New Mobile Phones:
You may return or exchange semi-new mobile phones within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
New Mobile Phones and Accessories:
Due to hygiene and usage concerns, new mobiles and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, except if found to be faulty.
Repairs:
Repair services come with a 3-month warranty on the repair work. Refunds are not provided for repairs unless the issue persists due to our fault.
2. Warranty
New and Semi-New Mobile Phones:
We provide a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or water damage.
Accessories:
Accessories purchased from us come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Repair Services:
Our repair work is guaranteed for 3 months. If the same issue occurs within this period, we will repair it free of charge.
3. How to Request a Return or Warranty Service
- Contact us at geral@acetec.pt or visit our store at Praça Francisco Sá Carneiro 12C, 1000-160 Lisboa within the relevant timeframes.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Products must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
- For warranty repairs, our technicians will inspect the product to verify the issue.
4. Refund Processing
- For eligible returns (semi-new phones within 14 days), refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault.
